Description: I have been collecting full cigarette packs since the middle 1970s. At present my primary interests include Latin America, Africa and Asia. I have about 2,100 full packs today. I am particularly fascinated with pre-1980 packs, Marlboro (regular) produced in different countries and bearing various national tax stamps, and cigarettes from exotic and little-known countries. Wanna know what they smoke in Iran or North Korea? Or see what brands were on sale in the Soviet Union? You can find those in my collection. How about Abkhazia, a unilaterally-independent state on the Black Sea coast? They do smoke there too, and they have their own tax stamps in the Abkhaz language! And many more...
Oh yes, click on the image to read my comments, I'm sure they will be amusing as well as informative!

Have you ever come across "Payaso" cigarettes? In the early nineties, when I was passing through Guatemala, I remember smoking them. They had unique packaging -- a drawing of a laughing clown (Payaso means "clown" in Spanish). I think I have an old wrapper in a box somewhere, pasted into a journal.
